These General Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter referred to as the "GTC", govern access to and use of the website www.barroatelier.be, hereinafter referred to as the "Site".

Article 2 – Presentation of BARRO Atelier
BARRO Atelier is a creative ceramic painting studio located in Antwerp.
The Site allows visitors to:
- discover the concept and services of BARRO Atelier;
- check availability;
- book and pay for ceramic painting sessions;
- request or book private events;
- purchase gift cards;
- contact BARRO Atelier;
- consult practical information.
The available services may change at any time.
Article 3 – Access to the Site
BARRO Atelier strives to make the Site continuously accessible. However, permanent and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Access to the Site may be temporarily suspended, particularly in the event of:
- maintenance;
- updating;
- technical issues;
- hosting provider failure;
- circumstances beyond the control of BARRO Atelier.
BARRO Atelier cannot be held responsible for a temporary interruption of the Site when it results from an event reasonably beyond its control.
Article 4 – Proper Use of the Site
The user agrees to use the Site in a fair, legal manner and in accordance with its intended purpose.
It is particularly prohibited to:
- use the Site for fraudulent or illegal purposes;

BARRO Atelier may limit or suspend access to the Site in the event of abusive use, without prejudice to any other legal remedy.
Article 5 – Information Available on the Site
BARRO Atelier takes great care with the information published on the Site.
Errors, omissions or temporarily outdated information may nevertheless appear. The photographs, illustrations, colours and presentations of the ceramic pieces are provided for informational purposes.
Colours may particularly vary depending on :
- the screen used ;
- the paint applied ;
- the thickness of the layers ;
- the glazing ;
- the firing ;
- the artisanal nature of the process.
BARRO Atelier may modify at any time the texts, prices, hours, offers and availability displayed on the Site. However, a modification does not affect a reservation already confirmed, unless agreed with the client or in the case of force majeure.
Article 6 – User account
When the Site allows the creation of an account, the user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the confidentiality of their password.
Any activity carried out using their account is presumed to have been performed by the user, unless promptly reported as fraudulent use.
Article 7 – Links to external sites
The Site may contain links to sites or services operated by third parties, including payment tools, social networks or mapping services.
BARRO Atelier does not systematically control these sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or data protection practices.

When a user submits a photograph, review, comment or other content to BARRO Atelier, they guarantee that they have the necessary rights to that content.
BARRO Atelier will not publish identifiable photographs of a client for promotional purposes without a valid legal basis, including permission where required.
Article 10 – Liability
BARRO Atelier is only liable for direct damages resulting from a fault attributable to it, within the limits permitted by law.
BARRO Atelier cannot be held liable for :
- misuse of the Site ;
- faulty equipment or internet connection ;
- fraudulent access due to user negligence ;
- the content of an external site ;
- an interruption due to maintenance or force majeure.
No clause in these T&Cs has the effect of excluding or limiting a liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal data is processed in accordance with BARRO Atelier's Privacy Policy.

Article 12 – Modification of the T&Cs
BARRO Atelier may modify these T&Cs to take into account, in particular:

Article 13 – Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the user is invited to contact BARRO Atelier as a priority to seek an amicable solution.
When the user is a consumer, the competent jurisdictions are determined in accordance with the applicable mandatory rules on consumer protection.
